Duties and Responsibilities

Position Overview:

  1. The Team Lead – Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on billing software solutions. This individual will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  2. Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
  3. Generate leads and build a pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.

Client Engagement and Consultative Selling:

  1. Understand client needs and challenges to present tailored solutions.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our billing software.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  1. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our solutions.
  2. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

Relationship Building:

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns.

Market Intelligence:

  1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  2. Contribute insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Experience in selling software solutions, with a focus on billing software (preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
