Compensation:

23k to 32k + Monthly Incentives

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Front-line sales position in the ESA Cards Sales team, responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets, and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of card products via defined channels of acquisition (Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales)
  2. Prospecting for new customers through existing leads, cold calling, and maximizing lead generation
  3. Timely execution of all sales activities including leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads
  4. Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions
  5. Setting appointments, understanding customer needs, and selling the most appropriate product
  6. Researching and understanding prospects before making calls
  7. Ensuring applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly
  8. Acting as the interface between Amex and the customer to resolve application processing issues
  9. Driving the on-boarding of new customers and initiating spend enablement activities
  10. Staying up-to-date on products and competition
  11. Attending and participating in regular staff meetings
  12. Engaging in regular portfolio planning to determine focus areas and project accurate full-year forecasts
  13. Attending relevant industry and partner conferences, tradeshows, and networking events
  14. Ensuring all performance standards are met (business targets, controls, and compliance)
  15. Engaging with premium customers to build relationships and deliver a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers
  16. Expanding internal and external relationships to drive sales results
  17. Ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed and maintaining the highest levels of controls and compliance
